NOVELTY - Preparing oxygen reduction catalyst of cobalt dimethyl imidazole combined with nickel-aluminum layered double hydroxide-graphene oxide involves mixing 0.075 mol nickel chloride hexahydrate and 0.025 mol aluminum chloride hexahydrate to obtain 150 ml first solution, dispersing ultrasonically 0.22 g graphene oxide into 150 ml mixed solution containing 0.8 g sodium hydroxide and 0.53 g sodium carbonate to obtain a second mixed solution USE - Method for preparing oxygen reduction catalyst of cobalt dimethyl imidazole combined with nickel-aluminum layered double hydroxide-graphene oxide used in microbial fuel cell (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The prepared oxygen reduction catalyst has larger specific surface area, more active sites and higher electrical conductivity, so as to the microbial fuel cell cathode catalyst, the efficiency of ion flow is improved, the stability of electrode cycle and power generation efficiency are ensured, and the performance of microbial fuel cell is improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing oxygen reduction catalyst of cobalt dimethyl imidazole combined with nickel-aluminum layered double hydroxide-graphene oxide involves mixing 0.075 mol nickel chloride hexahydrate and 0.025 mol aluminum chloride hexahydrate to obtain 150 ml first solution, dispersing ultrasonically 0.22 g graphene oxide into 150 ml mixed solution containing 0.8 g sodium hydroxide and 0.53 g sodium carbonate to obtain a second mixed solution, mixing, stirring the obtained first solution and the obtained second solution, adding sodium hydroxide to adjusting the pH value of the solution to 10, heating the mixture in a water bath, stirring strongly, adding quickly sodium sulfide, cooling, centrifuging, washing, drying to obtain nickel-aluminum layered double hydroxide/graphene oxide, dissolving 3.28 g dimethylimidazole in 150 ml methanol solution, adding slowly 150 ml methanol solution in which 10 mmol cobalt chloride hexahydrate is dissolved into the dimethylimidazole solution, stirring to obtain a third mixed solution, dissolving the obtained nickel-aluminum layered double hydroxide/graphene oxide into the obtained third mixed solution, stirring for 1 hours, sealing the mixture in a counter-pressure kettle, heating, cooling naturally to room temperature, collecting a product, washing, and carrying out vacuum treatment to obtain the dimethyl imidazole cobalt combined nickel-aluminum layered double hydroxide/graphene oxide.
