▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-substrate electrical conductive material preparing method involves growing graphene in a clean copper foil by chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method, cleaning and polishing the copper foil to obtain graphene-copper composite film, and placing the graphene-copper composite film in a mold, where a substrate fluid is coated uniformly on the graphene and cured to obtain substrate-graphene-copper three-layered composite material. The compiste layer is removed to obtain graphene-substrate electrical conductive material. USE - Method for preparing graphene-substrate electrical conductive material. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing graphene-substrate electrical conductive material in simple manner, with rapid molding process and easy to mass production, overcoming problems of graphene wrinkle and damage such as crack defect caused by transfer, increasing electrical property of electrical conductive material greatly and purity of graphene, widening application range of graphene electrical conductive material, and consuming short time.
