NOVELTY - The device comprises a graphene laminate formed on one side of a graphene layer, a dispenser for spraying an etching solution to the graphene laminate, a friction member formed on the laminate, and a driver arranged to move the dispenser. The driver is connected to the dispenser to move the dispenser in one direction so that the controlled spraying of the etching solution is achieved. The driver is connected to the friction member to control the pressure magnitude of the friction member is controlled, and controls rotational movement of the friction member. USE - The device is useful for manufacturing a graphene sheet (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device ensures easy manufacture of the graphene sheet with excellent elasticity, flexibility and transparency and improved electrical/mechanical/chemical properties.
