▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing nano fiber enhanced aerogel inorganic fiber composite material by dropping silicon source into the acid catalyst, adding alcohol solvent, cooling and removing impurity to obtain high-purity silica sol; adding hydrophilic nano fiber into a high-purity silica sol, stirring and dispersing to obtain the hydrophilic nano fiber doped silica sol; (3) surface treatment of inorganic fiber material: (a) chemical etching the inorganic fiber material, cleaning, and drying to obtain inorganic fiber material with high specific surface area; (b) carrying out plasma treatment to the inorganic fiber material surface; (4) adjusting the pH of the silica sol doped with hydrophilic nano fiber, mixing and aging to obtain the composite material, (5) adding saturated concentrated hydrochloric acid into the composite material to perform solvent replacement; performing hydrophobization modification; and (6) alkali washing the surface of the hydrophobically modified composite material, and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing nano fiber enhanced aerogel inorganic fiber composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method solves the problem of powder-falling of the aerogel composite material. The aerogel composite material has small thickness and excellent mechanical property and thermal insulation performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing nano fiber enhanced aerogel inorganic fiber composite material, comprises: (1) dropping silicon source into the acid catalyst, adding alcohol solvent, cooling to separate the impurity, and removing impurity to obtain high-purity silica sol; (2) adding hydrophilic nano fiber into the high-purity silica sol, stirring and dispersing uniformly to obtain the hydrophilic nano fiber doped silica sol; (3) surface treatment of inorganic fiber material: (a) chemical etching the inorganic fiber material, and then cleaning, and drying to obtain the inorganic fiber material with high specific surface area; (b) carrying out plasma treatment to the surface of the inorganic fiber material with high specific surface area to further increase the surface roughness to form a C-containing light shielding agent layer, (4) adjusting the pH value of the silica sol doped with hydrophilic nano fiber, mixing and aging to obtain the composite material under the vacuum condition and surface treating inorganic fiber material, (5) adding saturated concentrated hydrochloric acid into the composite material to perform solvent replacement; then performing hydrophobization modification; and (6) alkali washing the surface of the hydrophobically modified composite material, drying at normal pressure.
