▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A pleated graphene has surface structure comprising conical folds with uniform and controllable distribution of height, width and density. The structure is spontaneously formed in liquid environment. USE - Pleated graphene used in energy source field, sensor and flexible electronic device. ADVANTAGE - Preparation method is simple, fast and suitable for large-scale production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of pleated graphene by placing copper-based graphene in glass Petri dish containing 0.1-1 mol/L ferric chloride (FeCl3) solution; after 30-60 minutes, transferring slide floating in FeCl3 solution to deionized (DI) water for cleaning; after 3-10 minutes, rinsing 2-10 times with DI water; transferring slide in Petri dish containing organic solution; and taking out target substrate floating on surface of organic solvent and drying.
