NOVELTY - Preparing waterproof high-strength corrugated paper involves crushing and calcining limestone at 800-1000 degrees C for 2-3h to obtain calcium hydroxide, digesting calcium hydroxide and water, aging for 1-3h, putting calcium hydroxide into carbonization tower for carbonization operation to obtain calcium carbonate with pH of 7-7.6. Calcium carbonate is over-carbonized, dissolved in water and added with waterproof and flame-retardant additives to obtain mixed slurry. Mixed slurry is subjected to high-speed ball milling, filtered to remove impurities to obtain calcium carbonate refined slurry. Calcium carbonate powder is obtained after dehydration. Calcium carbonate powder is added to pulp by filling, and make paper together with pulp to make surface layer, core layer and bottom layer of high-strength corrugated paper. After surface layer, core layer and bottom layer of high-strength corrugated paper are compounded, layer of polyurethane coating is sprayed on surface for waterproof treatment. USE - Method for preparing waterproof high-strength corrugated paper. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare waterproof high-strength corrugated paper, where expanded vermiculite has a layered structure, which can form a barrier layer for flame-retardant protection, and graphene oxide can be added to form a network structure, strength of the paper be improved, aluminum hydroxide can be distributed more uniformly, and the flame retardant effect is better, molten matrix asphalt can be filled into the expanded vermiculite, improves the flame retardant effect, effectively reduces its water absorption, thus achieving a waterproof effect.
