NOVELTY - Preparing graphene composite film comprises e.g. dividing graphite powder into two equal portions, adding into first organic solvent solution and second organic solvent solution, subjecting into sonication, stirring, then subjecting into centrifugation, spraying supernatant liquid of first organic solvent solution on substrate, carrying out heating and carbonizing treatment, then subjecting into oxidation treatment, spraying supernatant liquid of second organic solvent solution onto substrate, heating carbonation, and laminating on both sides of adhesive layer sides to obtain final product. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene composite film (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene composite film comprises (i) dividing graphite powder into two equal portions, then adding two equal portions of graphite powder into first organic solvent solution and second organic solvent solution, subjecting both the organic solvent solutions into sonication, stirring evenly, then subjecting into centrifugation to obtain supernatant, (ii) spraying supernatant liquid obtain in step (i) of first organic solvent solution on substrate, carrying out heating and carbonizing treatment under environment of inert shielding gas, and then subjecting into oxidation treatment under oxidizing protective gas atmosphere to obtain oxidized graphene film layer, (iii) spraying supernatant liquid of second organic solvent solution onto substrate in inert atmosphere of protective gas heating carbonation to obtain graphene film layer, and (iv) laminating on both adhesive layer sides of oxidized graphene film layer obtained in step (ii) and graphene film layer obtained in step (iii), and press-bonding to obtain final product. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene composite film is obtained by above method.
