NOVELTY - Preparing load-dispersed graphene/cement composite building mortar involves preparing hydrochloric acid solution, adding alpha sepiolite powder for expanding treatment, soaking for 20~40min, adding graphene oxide, and sonicating for 40~50min, so that graphene oxide is filled in inner pore of sepiolite. The aminated molybdenum disulfide is added to perform functional group reaction with graphene oxide in sepiolite. A hydrazine hydrate is added to reduce graphene oxide to graphene, washing and drying to obtain graphene/sepiolite composite material. The graphene/sepiolite composite material prepared is mixed with fine sand, and adding water reducing agent, an antifoaming agent and thixotropic lubricant and mixed to obtain mixed material. The mixed material is added with cement and water, and continuously adding phosphate dispersing agent to loosen and disperse sepiolite, supplementing with high-speed mechanical agitation to obtain load-dispersed graphene/cement composite building mortar. USE - Method for preparing a load-dispersed graphene/cement composite building mortar. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare a load-dispersed graphene/cement composite building mortar, which has good lubricity, avoids the problem of agglomeration, and the supported graphene is uniformly dispersed in the cement mortar, thus ensuring the enhanced modification effect.
