NOVELTY - Electrostatic shielding graphene anticorrosive paint comprises 60~80 pts. wt. organic polymer emulsion, 10~25 pts. wt. electrostatic shielding agent, 5 to 20 pts. wt. conductive filler, 5 to 8 pts. wt. dispersant, 3 to 8 pts. wt. coupling agent, 1 to 5 pts. wt. defoamer, 3 to 9 pts. wt. leveling agent. The electrostatic shielding agent is a spherical particle, which includes a porous microsphere, a graphene film and a polyacetylene film from the inside to the outside. USE - Electrostatic shielding graphene anticorrosive paint. ADVANTAGE - The electrostatic shielding graphene anticorrosive paint has increased electrostatic shielding effect and stability, prevents the agglomeration of the graphene in the coating and improves the stability of the graphene, thus improves the stability of the coating. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing an electrostatic shielding graphene anti-corrosive paint, which involves: (A) placing porous microspheres and the surfactant in a dispersion of graphene oxide, ultrasonically dispersing for 10-30 min, and then drying; (B) spraying polyacetylene ion the surface of the porous microspheres by spray drying agent, and after drying, an electrostatic shielding agent is obtained; (C) mixing organic polymer emulsion, conductive filler, dispersant, coupling agent, defoamer and leveling agent; and (D) adding electrostatic shielding agent for ultrasonic dispersion to obtain electrostatic shielding graphene anticorrosion paint.
