NOVELTY - Adjacent copper foil sheets are overlapped at 0.1-1 cm. Two flexible target carriers are coated with a photocurable adhesive on one side. Two sides of photocurable adhesive are cured. The flexible web material is peeled after formation of target carrier roll. The sheet material is peeled by electrochemical stripping process. The graphene foil web forming layer is separated to primary product which is provided with flexible support layer, photocurable layer and the graphene layer. The primary coil product is obtained after processing continuous monolayer graphene roll film. USE - Preparation of graphene thin film coiled material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene thin film coiled material is obtained by simple process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Adjacent copper foil sheets are taken, and are overlapped at 0.1-1 cm. The copper foil sheets are connected. A flexible target carrier is coated with a photocurable adhesive on one side. The one side of side of photocurable adhesive coated on first flexible target carrier is cured. The photocurable adhesive is coated on one side of second flexible target carrier. The other side of photocurable adhesive coated on another flexible target carrier is cured. The flexible web material is peeled after the formation of the target carrier roll. A flexible sheet material is comprised of a layer of the target carrier, a photo-curable adhesive layer, a layer of graphene, copper foil layer, a layer of graphene, a photocurable adhesive layer and a layer of flexible target carrier. The sheet material is peeled by electrochemical stripping process. The graphene foil web forming layer is separated to primary product. The primary product is provided with a flexible support layer, photocurable layer and the graphene layer. The primary coil product is obtained after processing a continuous monolayer graphene roll film. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for device for manufacturing graphene thin film coiled material, which comprises post-processing unit for cleaning the primary coil product. The web material peeling apparatus is comprised of an electrochemical bubble pool. The web material feeder is mounted on one side of the electrochemical bubble pool. The copper foil layer winding device is provided with a metal roller and stainless steel roller. The metal roller is mounted on the stainless steel roller. The motor is provided to rotate the stainless steel roller. A metal ring binder is clamped on the stainless steel roller. The copper foil layer is electrically connected to the negative power supply. A stainless steel plate is electrically connected to the positive power supply. The graphene coating of stainless steel plate is performed. The stainless steel plate is mounted on electrochemical bubble pool, and is dipped in the electrolyte.
