NOVELTY - An electrode composite conducting agent comprises a carbonaceous conductive material (13), and a graphene-silica composite (12). The graphene-silica composite comprises a matrix comprising graphene, and a silicon suboxide (I) and/or silicon dioxide. The composite conducting agent comprises 20-100 pts. wt. graphene-silica composite. USE - Composite conducting agent used for forming electrode for lithium-ion secondary battery (all claimed) used for electric vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The electrode composite conducting agent provides lithium-ion secondary battery having excellent electrolyte impregnating properties, initial efficiency, durability, and charge/discharge characteristics. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An electrode composite conducting agent comprises a carbonaceous conductive material, and a graphene-silica composite. The graphene-silica composite comprises a matrix comprising graphene, and a silicon suboxide of formula: SiOx (I) and/or silicon dioxide, where x is 0-2. The composite conducting agent comprises 20-100 pts. wt. graphene-silica composite.
