NOVELTY - Preparation of plastic shell, involves adding acrylic resin, ethylene-chlorotrifluoroethylene copolymer, and polydifluoroethylene propylene powder to a reaction kettle, reacting at 95-105 degrees C for 25-35 minutes, adding graphene and superfine zinc phosphate, stirring continuously for 15-25 minutes, adding scrap ash rock, anticorrosion agent, and filler, stirring at 175-185 rpm, stirring continuously for 25-35 minutes, adding the mixture to a heat-channel coextrusion mold, and heat-melting and extrusion-forming at 165-175 degrees C and 13-15 MPa. USE - Preparation of plastic shell for capacitors. ADVANTAGE - The method provides plastic shell having excellent corrosion resistance.
