NOVELTY - The wire has a wire core fixed with a conductor (1) i.e. graphite conductor, where size of the conductor is about 0.035-6 mm. Copper wire is coated with graphene, where thickness of the copper wire is less than 1nm. Diameter of a soft mono-filament is about 0.08-0.45 mm. Diameter of a stranding layer is 10-15 times greater than that of an outermost layer. USE - Graphene coating film aviation wire. ADVANTAGE - The wire is inexpensive and light in weight, and has high transmission performance and machinery intensity.
