▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - An exosome-programmed tissue repair material comprises a flexible substrate (110), stem cells (120) grown on the surface of the flexible substrate, and hydrogel (130) for encapsulating the stem cells on the surface of the flexible substrate. The stem cells sustainably release exosomal vesicles containing bioactive molecules. The flexible substrate can convert external field energy into electricity, stimulate the stem cells growing on its surface to guide differentiation and regulate the ratio and content of different types of bioactive molecules in the exosome vesicles released by it. The external field energy includes light or magnetic field or ultrasound. USE - The exosome-programmed tissue repair material is useful for promoting regeneration and repair of tissues and organs. ADVANTAGE - The exosome material can meet the differentiated needs of tissues and organs for bioactive molecules in different stages of regeneration and repair, and regulate the behavior and function of cells in damaged tissues and organs in an orderly manner through the continuous and controllable release of stem cell exosome vesicles in the material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a preparation method of the exosome-programmed tissue repair material comprising preparing flexible substrate, growing stem cells on the surface of the flexible substrate, pre-crosslinking hydrogel on the surface of the flexible substrate so that the stem cells are encapsulated on the surface of the flexible substrate, and obtaining the exosome-programmed tissue repair material. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a schematic structure diagram of the exosome-programmed tissue repair material.
