▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Aqueous epoxy anticorrosive paint comprises 70-96 wt.% component A and 4-30 wt.% component B, where the component A comprises 40-60 pts. wt. modified aqueous epoxy resin, 0.8-1.5 pts. wt. organic corrosion inhibitor, 5-10 pts. wt. environmentally friendly anti-rust pigment, 1.5-7 pts. wt. fumed silica, 15-30 pts. wt. functional filler and functional auxiliary agent comprising dispersant, antifoaming agent, and rheology auxiliary agent, and the component B comprises 5-20 pts. wt. aqueous epoxy curing agent and 0.5-2 pts. wt. antirust agent. USE - The paint is useful for welding lines of storage tanks. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the paint, comprising (i) adding deionized water into reaction kettle, stirring at 200-500 revolutions/minute, sequentially adding dispersant, antifoaming agent, organic corrosion inhibitor into deionized water, environmentally friendly anti-rust pigment and functional filler, stirring and dispersing for 30-60 minutes to obtain slurry with moisture content of 25-35 wt.%; (ii) adding slurry obtained into sand mill, grinding with fineness of less than 120 meshes, adding slurry into modified aqueous epoxy resin, uniformly stirring and mixing, sieving the obtained mixture through a sieve of 120-400 meshes, and removing large particle solid impurities to obtain component A; and (iii) adding the deionized water into reaction kettle, stirring at 200-500 revolutions/minute, sequentially adding aqueous epoxy curing agent and antirust agent, uniformly stirring and dispersing, sieving the obtained mixture through 120-400 mesh sieve, and removing large particle solid impurities to obtain component B.
