NOVELTY - Antistatic bimatal polyimide modified calcium carbonate filler comprises e.g. 200 pts. wt. calcium carbonate powder, 4-5 pts. wt. glass fiber, 3-5 pts. wt. glycerol monostearate, 1-2 pts. wt. graphene, 80-100 pts. wt. hydrogen peroxide, 8-10 pts. wt. peroxidase, 6-8 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol octyl phenyl ether, 200-250 pts. wt. dimethylformamide, 1-5 pts. wt. 5-hydroxy levulinic acid, 2-4 pts. wt. 4,4-diphenylmethane bismaleimide, 2-3 pts. wt. diethyl malonate, 0.5-1 pts. wt. catalyst, 1-2 pts. wt. cetyltrimethylammonium bromide and 1-2 pts. wt. titanium dioxide. USE - Used as antistatic bimatal polyimide modified calcium carbonate filler. ADVANTAGE - The filling material has uniform grain diameter, good dispersibility, good affinity with organic high polymer and good filling performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Antistatic bimatal polyimide modified calcium carbonate filler comprises 200 pts. wt. calcium carbonate powder, 4-5 pts. wt. glass fiber, 3-5 pts. wt. glycerol monostearate, 1-2 pts. wt. graphene, 80-100 pts. wt. hydrogen peroxide, 8-10 pts. wt. peroxidase, 6-8 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol octyl phenyl ether, 200-250 pts. wt. dimethylformamide, 1-5 pts. wt. 5-hydroxy levulinic acid, 2-4 pts. wt. 4,4-diphenylmethane bismaleimide, 2-3 pts. wt. diethyl malonate, 0.5-1 pts. wt. catalyst, 1-2 pts. wt. cetyltrimethylammonium bromide, 1-2 pts. wt. titanium dioxide, 2-3 pts. wt. methyltin mercaptide, 2-3 pts. wt. sodium alkylsulfonate, 2-3 pts. wt. sodium lignosulfonate, 2-3 pts. wt. hydroxy silicone oil, acetone and deionized water. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing antistatic bimatal polyimide modified calcium carbonate filler, comprising (i) adding alkyl sodium sulfonate into 100-120 times weight deionized water, adding methyltin mercaptide, heating to 50-60 degrees C, adding glycerol monostearate and stirring for 10-20 minutes to obtain antistatic liquid, (ii) adding calcium carbonate powder, glass fiber, graphene into the antistatic liquid, stirring and mixing at 70-80 degrees C for 30-40 minutes, drying at 90-100 degrees C, grinding for 15-20 minutes, sieving with 150-200-mesh sieve to obtain antistatic mixture, (iii) mixing peroxidase, hydrogen peroxide, Polyethylene glycol octyl phenyl ether and antistatic mixture obtained in step (ii) uniformly, stirring at a constant temperature of 30-40 degrees C for 30-40 minutes, introducing active group on the surface, obtaining reactive hydroxy alienation mixture, (iv) ultrasonic dispersing reactive hydroxy alienation mixture in dimethyl formamide, adding 5-aminolevulinic acid, 4,4-diphenylmethane bismaleimide, diethyl malonate, catalyst, stirring and reacting at 70-80 degrees C for 8-10 hours to obtain bismaleimide polyimide prepolymer-calcium carbonate, (v) adding other residual components with the step (iv) bismaleimide polyimide prepolymer-calcium carbonate, ultrasonically processing for 2-3 hours, filtering, separately using de-ionized water and acetone washing for 2-3 times, drying at 50-60 degrees C, grinding for 20-30 minutes and sieving through 150-200-mesh sieve to obtain antistatic bimatal polyimide modified calcium carbonate filler.
