NOVELTY - Preparing amniotic membrane-graphene oxide hydrogel medical biological dressing, comprises (a) dropping hydroxyapatite into the sodium alginate aqueous solution, stirring while adding drop-wisely until fully mixed, dropping the graphene oxide, and stirring the mixture while being added drop-wisely until completely mixed to obtain a mixed solution A; and (b) taking the amniotic membrane, crushing and sieving to obtain amniotic membrane powder, adding the amniotic membrane powder into the sodium alginate aqueous solution, and mixing to obtain mixed solution B, pouring the mixed solution B into the mixed solution A, adding excess calcium chloride solution, and cross-linking for 20-28 hours. USE - The amniotic membrane-graphene oxide hydrogel medical biological dressing is useful in the preparation of a medicine for promoting wound healing (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The amniotic membrane graphene oxide hydrogel medical biological dressing has the functions of hemostasis, antibacterial, antiinflammatory, accelerating wound healing, and reducing scarring, good hygroscopicity and breathability, can reduce the number of dressing changes and reduce costs, and saves nursing time. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for amniotic membrane-graphene oxide hydrogel medical biological dressing, comprising upper and lower layers, where the upper layer is cross-linked by sodium alginate and amniotic membrane, and the lower layer is cross-linked by sodium alginate, hydroxyapatite and graphene oxide.
