▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Graphene hyperdispersant comprises 30-45 pts. wt. styrene, 20-45 pts. wt. allyl polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether, 2-8 pts. wt. N-allyl imidazole, 1-5 pts. wt. sodium styrene-4-sulfonate, 2-5 pts. wt. hydroxyethyl acrylate, 5-10 pts. wt. isooctyl acrylate, 1-5 pts. wt. sodium lignosulfonate, 2-10 pts. wt. N-methylpyrrolidone, 1-5 pts. wt. initiator and 60-100 pts. wt. organic solvent. USE - The hyperdispersant is used for preparing graphene dispersion liquid (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The hyperdispersant has excellent dispersion performance and high dispersion stability, and increases the concentration of the graphene dispersion liquid to 65 mg/ml which can maintain stability for more than 72 hours without precipitation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) a method for preparing the hyperdispersant involving (i) dissolving the initiator in an organic solvent and stirring to sufficiently dissolve the raw material and the initiator to obtain a mixed solution, (ii) reacting the mixed solution obtained in the step (i) at a certain temperature and performing static cooling to room temperature after completing the reaction, (iii) adjusting the pH of the cooled mixed solution obtained in step (ii) to 9-10 using a pH regulator, slowly adding the sodium lignosulfonate, stirring until completely reacting, and (iv) filtering the mixed solution, concentrating the reaction solution, purifying and separating the product, drying under vacuum to a constant weight and obtaining the finished product; and (2) a method for preparing a graphene dispersion liquid involving dissolving graphene hyperdispersant and graphene in water, and ultrasonically processing in an ultrasonic machine for 18-36 hours to obtain the product.
