NOVELTY - The device has a decontaminating device that is provided for decontaminating the objects or products contaminated with pathogens with an UV radiation source (24). A pull-through device is provided with input and output areas for the contaminated or decontaminated objects or products. The pull-through device is provided with pairs of opposing rollers (17) and wheels (4) at entrance or exit to the input or output area, which are used for the input or output of the contaminated or decontaminated objects or products. The objects or products are conveyed into the area of decontaminating device, which is provided between the paired rollers and wheels. The decontaminating device is provided with opposing UV-transparent plates (25). The UV radiation source is arranged above or below the UV-transparent plate, which is formed as a UVC LED strip or module with an LED lamp. The UV-transparent plates are made of quartz glass or another UV-transparent polymer material, graphene or synthetic glass. USE - Device for transferring object or product contaminated with pathogen after decontamination. Uses include but are not limited to printed product such as banknote, postal item, prescription of doctor, flight ticket, boarding card, travel ticket, entrance ticket and receipt, identity document, credit card, money card, check card, health card and bonus card. ADVANTAGE - The materials and products are freed from viruses, bacteria and fungi and other potentially health-threatening germs during transactions by UVC LEDs with a specific wavelength range to prevent the transmission and spread of diseases or to interrupt chains of infection. The UVC-LED radiation sources and LEDs are not harmful to the environment, are more efficient and have a longer service life. The decontamination takes place within a short time. The device is formed as a safe interface to prevent the transmission of diseases.
