▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The method for preparing conductive graphene/acrylonitrile butadiene styrene composite material, involves dissolving 1-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide in solvent to obtain solution (1) and dissolving 90-99 pts. wt. acrylonitrile butadiene styrene in solvent to obtain solution (II), mixing solution (I) and solution (II), adding 0.1-30 pts. wt. reducing agent to reduce the mixed solutions to produce final product. USE - Method for preparing conductive graphene/acrylonitrile butadiene styrene composite material for performing three-dimensional printing (all claimed) using fused deposition modeling type three-dimensional printer. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparation of conductive graphene/acrylonitrile butadiene styrene composite material with conductive property and excellent dispersibility, and provides printed product with smooth surface, stable size, shrinking resistance, and electrical conductivity of 1.05x 103 S/m, when the content of graphene is 5.6 wt.%. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for application of conductive graphene/acrylonitrile butadiene styrene composite material, which involves performing three-dimensional printing at 210-245 degrees C, and controlling bed temperature at 40-80 degrees C and printing speed at 20-60 mm/second.
