NOVELTY - Preparation of graphene particles composite material involves preparing graphene derivative-particle composite material, heating the composite material in microwave heating zone at predetermined temperature at predetermined heating rate such that graphene derivative is converted to graphene, separating the composite material from microwave heating zone and cooling. USE - Preparation of graphene particles (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables rapid preparation of graphene particles with high yield.
