NOVELTY - Producing graphene doped with lithium, comprises reducing lithium acetate and carbon source gas as precursor with a reducing gas, and performing thermal chemical vapor deposition. USE - The method is useful for producing graphene doped with lithium (claimed) as positive electrode material for lithium ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The method produces graphene doped with lithium having excellent surface properties and electrical properties. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing graphene doped with lithium, comprising introducing lithium acetate into a deposition chamber, increasing temperature in the deposition chamber while introducing argon gas into the deposition chamber, increasing temperature in the deposition chamber to 500-800 degrees C while introducing hydrogen gas into the deposition chamber at less than 150 degrees C, introducing methane gas into the deposition chamber while maintaining temperature in the deposition chamber at 500-800 degrees C to react with lithium acetate for 20-60 minutes, blocking introduction of hydrogen gas and methane gas, and cooling temperature in the deposition chamber.
