NOVELTY - The method involves forming a protective layer on backside and upside of a substrate. The protective layer formed on backside and upside of the substrate is patterned. The patterned protective layer is etched. The graphene nanostructure (20) with pore of columnar structure is transferred to upside of the columnar structure. The nanostructure etching resistant film formed on the graphene nanostructure is removed. USE - Manufacturing method of nanoporous membrane used in separation device for separating protein molecules and blood serum such as albumin from blood sample. ADVANTAGE - The nanoporous membrane can be mass produced with low cost. The structure of the membrane is simplified and thickness of the membrane is reduced. The permeability of the membrane is improved. The manufacturing time of the membrane is reduced and labor intensity is reduced. The protein molecules and blood serum can be separated efficiently from the blood sample.
