▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The evaporator has a base that is a hydrophilic base. The base is provided with a bearing surface. The bearing surface is an array distributed with multiple tip-surface bulges. A photo-thermal film is located on the bearing surface, where the tip surface is formed as an arc-shaped structure. USE - The evaporation system is useful in the fields of producing clean water, solar evaporation, seawater desalination, photothermal water collection, sewage purification, wastewater treatment or liquid separation (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The photo-thermal interface evaporator controls the total area of the bearing surface by multiple tip-shaped bumps distributed in array, it can greatly reduce the contact and the light heat film, effectively reduce the heat conduction from the photothermal film to the base, and forms a photothermally interface evaporation with low heat dissipation and high thermal accumulation. Compared with the conventional evaporator, the evaporator effectively inhibits the heat dissipating and improves the thermal accumulation, improves the evapuration rate and energy efficiency of the thermal interface evapsoration system, and the evaporation rate is improved by 10-100% (preferably 20-100%). The evaporator produces clean fresh water from seawater, brine, brackish water, polluted water and water treatment.
