ADVANTAGE - The graphene substrate semi-conductive buffer water blocking tape has good electrical connection, ensures insulating shield and avoids capacitive discharge. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene substrate semi-conductive buffer water blocking tape, which involves: (A) using fluffy cotton semi-conductive adhesive dip coating after drying to prepare fluffy cotton substrate, non-woven fabric is dip-coating after drying to prepare semi-conductive adhesive non-woven fabric substrate; (B) coating semi-conductive glue layer on surface of fluffy cotton substrate, graphene waterproof powder layer coat on non-woven fabric substrate surface by spraying or blade coating process, fluffy cotton substrate is bonding to nonwoven fabric substrate; and (C) drying.
