NOVELTY - The method comprises: coating first and second electrodes with a graphene solution, where the electrodes are provided on a substrate; positioning a suspender between the first electrode and the second electrode; and applying an electric field on the suspender. The suspender is made of a dielectric material having a dielectric constant, and includes a first suspender and a second suspender. The first suspender is present in contact with the first electrode and the second suspender is present in contact with the second electrode. The first and second suspenders are spaced apart from each other. USE - The method is useful for producing a graphene film, which is useful for manufacturing an organic LED device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is capable of producing the graphene film with controlled orientation and without deformation in an economical manner, thus preventing the organic LED device from external moisture. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The method comprises: coating first and second electrodes with a graphene solution, where the electrodes are provided on a substrate; positioning a suspender between the first electrode and the second electrode; and applying an electric field on the suspender. The suspender is made of a dielectric material having a dielectric constant, and includes a first suspender and a second suspender. The first suspender is present in contact with the first electrode and the second suspender is present in contact with the second electrode. The first and second suspenders are spaced apart from each other. The graphene solution is prepared by dispersing graphene in a solvent. The method further comprises heat-treating the graphene solution. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method of manufacturing an organic light emitting display device.
