NOVELTY - Preparing colored conductive polyester fibers involves adding graphene color paste to diol and stirring well, then adding catalyst and compatibilizer with polar groups, stirring well under the temperature condition of 30-240 degrees C to obtain pre-dispersion of graphene color paste. The graphene color paste pre-dispersion is added to the polyester esterification kettle with the polyester synthesis raw material undergoing the reaction, and reacted at a certain temperature for 30-480 minutes to form a colored ester compound containing graphene. The colored esterified product containing graphene prepared is passed into a pre-condensation kettle, the temperature is raised, the degree of vacuum is controlled, and the pre-polycondensation reaction is carried out. The pre-condensation kettle is evacuated to perform the vacuum polymerization reaction until the vacuum pressure reaches 300 pascal when the temperature in the pre-condensation kettle reaches a certain temperature. USE - Method for preparing colored conductive polyester fibers. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare colored conductive polyester fibers, that has simple process and low cost, can prepare conductive and colored polyester fiber, and the prepared polyester fiber has bright color, uniform color and high color fastness. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing colored conductive polyester fibers involves adding graphene color paste to diol and stirring well, then adding catalyst and compatibilizer with polar groups, stirring well under the temperature condition of 30-240 degrees C to obtain pre-dispersion of graphene color paste. The temperature is controlled at 250-285 degrees C, the stirring reaction is stopped, nitrogen gas is introduced to a pressure of 0.01-0.6 megapascal, and the pellets are discharged, and colored slices containing graphene are prepared. The colored slices containing graphene are cut, dried, spun and wound to obtain colored conductive polyester fibers, or in the molten state, directly spinning in the melt direct spinning equipment to prepare colored conductive polyester fibers.
