▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene-glass is composed of glass powder which is modified by treating with coupling agent, reacting the modified glass powder with oxidized graphene, drying, thermally reducing, and uniformly distributing sheet-like graphene inside the glass. Also claimed is the preparation method of graphene-glass which involves (1) adding coupling agent solution to glass powder, sealing and ultrasonically processing for 20-90 minutes to prepare mixed slurry, (2) adding graphene oxide to distilled water, and ultrasonically processing to prepare suspension, (3) adding the suspension to the mixed slurry, and stirring for 30-80 minutes to prepare graphene oxide-glass composite solution, (4) vacuum drying the graphene-oxide glass composite solution at 80-120 degrees C to obtain composite powder, and (5) hot-pressing the composite powder, and sintering at 700-900 degrees C. USE - Graphene-glass. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-glass has excellent fracture toughness and strength, effectively solves the graphene agglomeration, and ensures uniform distribution of graphene.
