▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing nitrogen-phosphorus co-doped graphene carbon material, comprises (i) mixing aqueous graphene oxide solution and dopamine aqueous solution under stirring, and adding 10-20 ml alkaline phosphate buffered saline solution, and stirring at room temperature for 20-24 hours, (ii) adding 9,10-dihydro-9-oxa-10-phosphaphenanthrene-10-oxide solution to the mixed solution after step (i), and stirring at room temperature for 12-14 hours to obtain black solution and then subjecting black solution to solid-liquid separation to obtain a solid product, then washing the solid product with water 2-3 times, alcohol washing for 2-3 times and drying to obtain black solid, and (iii) subjecting black solid obtained in the step (ii) to a high temperature treatment at 700-900 degrees C for 3-6 hours in a tube furnace under inert gas protection to obtain final product. USE - The nitrogen-phosphorus co-doped graphene carbon material is useful in biosensor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and easy to operate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for nitrogen-phosphorus co-doped graphene carbon material is obtained by above method.
