NOVELTY - Graphene flame retardant sealing coating comprises 75-85 wt.% aqueous resin, 0.1-5 wt.% water dispersible graphene, 0.1-1 wt.% graphene orientation agent, 0.01-0.2 wt.% antifoaming agent, 1-20 wt.% graphite flame retardant and 1-5 wt.% adhesion promoter. USE - Used as graphene flame retardant sealing coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: can reflect heat radiation, and prevent the gas leakage of the insulating material, so as to reduce the heat conducting coefficient of the insulating material and greatly improve the flame retardant. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene flame retardant sealing coating comprising (i) firstly adding deionized water in a stirring tank, orderly adding water dispersible graphene, graphene oriented agent, graphite flame retardant and adhesion promoter, stirring uniformly, transferring into a sand mill, dispersing for 1-2 hours to obtain uniformly dispersed filler dispersion, (ii) adding the filler dispersion into the aqueous resin, stirring and dispersing to obtain mixed solution, (iii) adding antifoaming agent into the mixed solution, rotating at a rate of 200-400 revolutions/minute, stirring and vacuum defoaming to obtain the graphene flame retardant sealing coating.
