▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing high conductive graphene/polymer composite material comprises (a) uniformly mixing graphene powder and aqueous polyurethane emulsion in a solvent to obtain graphene dispersion liquid, (b) coating graphene dispersion liquid on the surface of the heated polyurethane thermosol net film, drying to obtain graphene/polyurethane net film, (c) folding the graphene/polyurethane net film to ensure that the graphene-coated surfaces are in contact with each other, hot pressing, and obtaining the required composite material. USE - The method is useful for preparing high conductive graphene/polymer composite material. ADVANTAGE - The composite material has good conductive characteristics and mechanical flexibility and simple process flow with convenient operation and low preparation condition requirement, where the method overcomes the problem of the traditional melt blending method functional particles which are difficult to process under high filling amount. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the graphene/polymer composite material prepared by the method, comprising 40-60% graphene and 40-60% polyurethane.
