▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A graphene oxide-grafted low-molecular weight polyvinyl alcohol polymer electrolyte manufacturing method involves pre-heating 60-70 wt.% mixed solvent at 121-130 degrees C for 2-2.5 hours to obtain a mixed solution. The mixed solution is cooled to 88-95 degrees C, followed by stirring with 56-8 wt.% solute and 8-20 wt.% branched-chain binary carboxylic acid to dissolve, and maintaining the temperature at 90 degrees C. The resultant solution stirred with 10-25 wt.% high molecular polymer and 5-10 wt.% additive to dissolve, and heat-preserved to obtain the finished product. USE - Method for manufacturing a graphene oxide-grafted low-molecular weight polyvinyl alcohol polymer electrolyte. ADVANTAGE - The method enables manufacturing the graphene oxide-grafted low-molecular weight polyvinyl alcohol polymer electrolyte with low impedance, low leakage current and improved reliability.
