NOVELTY - A carrier comprises a lightweight broadband wave-absorbing composite material, and has an amygdala-like low-scattering shape, a length in the length direction of 487 mm or less, a length in the width direction of 250 mm or more, and a length in the thickness direction of 63 mm or less. The carrier is symmetrical from side to side, and symmetrical from front to back. The ratio of length of the carrier with respect to width of the carrier is 1.5-2.5. USE - Carrier is used as low-radar cross-section test carrier. ADVANTAGE - The carrier gas has improved texture, mechanical property and heat resistance. As compared to metal, the edge diffraction of electromagnetic waves is significantly weakened during low-frequency testing, and the carrier improves accuracy of electromagnetic scattering test of component, eliminates electromagnetic scattering at the edges of component, and shields electromagnetic scattering from internal cavity structure of component. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the carrier, which involves mixing (i) 50-80 wt.% resin, 0.1-1 wt.% dispersant and 20-50 wt.% high-performance absorbent, and processing using a twin-screw extrusion to obtain a masterbatch comprising high-performance absorbent, mixing (ii) 30-60 wt.% resin, 0.1-1 wt.% nucleating agent and 40-70 wt.% masterbatch comprising high-performance absorbent and processing to obtain wave-absorbing resin particles, adding (iii) 40-60 wt.% wave-absorbing resin particles, 40-60 wt.% dispersion medium and a surfactant to a foaming reactor, continuously passing 0.1-1 wt.% foaming agent into the foaming reactor, heating and pressing, when the set temperature and pressure are reached, quickly releasing the pressure to obtain wave-absorbing resin foamed beads, preheating (iv) a mold, and adding the wave-absorbing resin foamed beads to the preheated mold through a material gun, introducing (v) a steam into the mold to heat the foamed beads, cooling (vi), and demolding (vii) the obtained product.
