▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Fluorinated alkylene oxide isomerization catalyst, comprises fluorinated-alumina catalyst component composed of alumina and 5-67.8 wt.% fluorine, auxiliary component, and less than 0.065 wt.% impurity metal elements, where the impurity metal element includes alkali metal, alkaline earth metal, chromium, titanium, tungsten, tin, vanadium, iron, copper, silver, zirconium and zinc. USE - The catalyst is useful for isomerization of fluorinated alkylene oxide including tetrafluoroethylene oxide, hexafluoropropylene oxide, perfluorobutylene oxide, perfluoroepoxy pentane, perfluoroepoxy hexane, perfluoroepoxy heptanes and/or perfluoroepoxy octane to prepare carbonyl-containing products including tetrafluoroacetaldehyde, hexafluoroacetone, perfluorobutanone, perfluoropentanone, perfluorohexanone, perfluoroheptanone and/or perfluorooctane (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The catalyst: achieves excellent raw material conversion rate products, product selectivity, reaction stability, catalyst service life and excellent reaction temperature control in preparation of carbonyl-containing products. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: ynthesizing catalyst, comprising (i) mixing the alumina, auxiliary component and forming agent to form a raw material mixture, extruding, drying and sintering to form a catalyst precursor, and (ii) fluorinating the catalyst precursor with a fluorinating agent to obtain final product; and preparing carbonyl-containing products by catalytic isomerization of fluorinated alkylene oxides, comprising carrying out the reaction process in the presence of the catalyst.
