NOVELTY - Preparation method of large-diameter sheet-shaped calcium carbonate involves (a) adding fibrous light calcium carbonate to water, (b) adding composite grinding aid, dispersant, aluminum-magnesium hydrotalcite and graphene to water and uniformly dispersing to obtain a slurry, and (c) crushing the slurry to obtain large diameter sheet-shaped calcium carbonate. USE - Method is useful for the preparation of large-diameter sheet-shaped calcium carbonate (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The large-diameter sheet-shaped calcium carbonate has excellent flame-retardant performance.
