▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Graphene-coated carbon nanotube (CNT)-modified mullitic hollow spheres are prepared by modifying mullitic hollow spheres collected from coal-fired power stations, grafting part of modified mullitic hollow spheres with 3-aminopropyl triethoxysilane (APTS) by adding 2 vol.% APTS to solution, stirring for 5 hours, and filtering, washing, and drying resultant product, sonicating other part of modified mullitic hollow spheres, adjusting pH of solution to 8, adding sonicated slurry to stearic acid under stirring, washing stearic-treated mullitic hollow spheres, filtering, and drying. USE - Preparation of graphene-coated carbon nanotube (CNT)-modified mullitic hollow spheres. ADVANTAGE - The materials recycled from fly ash mullitic hollow spheres are environment-friendly and help preserve natural virgin fillers. The mullitic hollow spheres provide finished products with increased durability and better sound-proofing property and can significantly lower production costs.
