▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Bifunctional polybutadiene rubber/graphene oxide composite material has functional groups of the bifunctional polybutadiene rubber are sulfydryl and siloxane groups. The composite material is a dehydration condensation reaction product of bifunctional polybutadiene rubber and graphene oxide through sulfydryl and carboxyl groups. USE - Bifunctional polybutadiene rubber or graphene oxide composite material used for manufacturing tire, rubber shoes, adhesive tape and rubber roller wear-resistant product. ADVANTAGE - The bifunctional polybutadiene rubber or graphene oxide composite material solves the problem that the oxidation graphene is not good in the poly-bio diene rubber, at the same time, improves the mechanical strength of the composite material. The method of the invention can realize the good dispersion of the oxidized graphene in poly-diene rubber. The reaction mechanism avoid the occurrence of unnecessary side reaction, ensures that the carboxyl in oxidation graphene can be effectively combined with the mercapto in the double functionalized poly-diaene rubber, and prevents or damages the agglomeration between the graphene oxide polar groups, so as to improve the dispersion performance of white carbon black and carbon black. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method of preparing a bifunctional polybutadiene rubber/graphene oxide composite material, which involves: (1) dispersing the graphene oxide in a first organic solvent to obtain a graphene oxide suspension; (2) dissolving the difunctional polybutadiene rubber in a second organic solvent to form a rubber solution, where the first organic solvent and second organic solvent are mutually soluble or are the same organic solvent; (3) mixing the graphene oxide suspension with the rubber solution to disperse the graphene oxide into the bifunctional polybutadiene rubber, and then removing the first organic solvent and the second organic solvent to obtain a bifunctional polybutadiene rubber/graphene oxide composite precursor; and (4) carrying out dehydration condensation reaction on the bifunctional polybutadiene rubber/graphene oxide composite precursor under the action of an initiator at the temperature of 130-170degrees Celsius to obtain bifunctional polybutadiene rubber/graphene oxide composite material.
