NOVELTY - A graphene-based transparent conductive film electrode comprises a transparent substrate, a silver nanowire grid supported on the surface of the substrate, a two-dimensional layered structure composite layer supported on the surface of the grid, and a graphene film outer layer. The composite layer comprises a metal compound (I). USE - The graphene-based transparent conductive film electrode is useful in organic LED, electrochromic device, sensor and flexible electronic device (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene-based transparent conductive film electrode has excellent mechanical stability, flexibility, photoelectric performance, sheet resistance of less than 50 Omega /square and transmission rate of 88.5-90.5%, and low resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A graphene-based transparent conductive film electrode comprises a transparent substrate, a silver nanowire grid supported on the surface of the substrate, a two-dimensional layered structure composite layer supported on the surface of the grid, and a graphene film outer layer. The composite layer comprises a metal compound of formula: Mn+1X'nTy (I), where n is 1-3, M is a transition metal element, T is oxygen functional group, hydroxy or fluoride, and X' is carbon or nitrogen. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the graphene-based transparent conductive film electrode.
