NOVELTY - A water treatment composition comprises 1-5 pts. wt., preferably 3 pts. wt. graphene or graphene derivatives, 5-10 pts. wt., preferably 8 pts. wt. microbial flocculant, 5-10 pts. wt., preferably 7 pts. wt. guar gum, 10-15 pts. wt., preferably 13 pts. wt. chitosan and 5-8 pts. wt., preferably 7 pts. wt. sodium lignosulfonate. USE - Usage of water treatment composition in wastewater treatment (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The environmentally-friendly water treatment composition inhibits the growth of bacteria, effectively kills bacteria and reduces chemical oxygen demand, biochemical oxygen demand and suspended solid values in water.
