▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing bismuth oxybromide /silver bromide/graphene oxide ternary complex photo-catalyst comprises (i) providing graphite powder, oxidizing with potassium permanganate solution, and concentrated sulfuric acid under ice water bath condition to obtain graphene oxide, and (ii) providing bismuth(III) nitrate pentahydrate, dissolving in 2 mol/l nitric acid solution, adding 1 mol/l sodium hydroxide solution, adjusting pH to 3-7, adding silver nitrate in the mol ratio of 100:1-3 (bismuth: silver) to obtain suspension A, where the mass ratio of graphene oxide to bismuth(III) nitrate pentahydrate is 0.5-2:100, providing graphene oxide suspension, adding sodium bromide solution, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 1 hour to obtain suspension B, slowly adding suspension A into suspension B, stirring, reacting for 4 hours at room temperature under dark condition, aging for 2 hours, filtering, washing using deionized water until pH become 7, and drying in oven at 80 degrees C for 6 hours. USE - The catalyst is useful for photo-catalytically degrading organic pollutant e.g. rhodamine B in the wastewater. ADVANTAGE - The method is simple. The catalyst has rhodamine B degrading rate up to 96%.
