▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A graphene oxide-MXene blended cross-linked film is preparing using a dopamine-loaded base membrane as a filter layer, by filtering a suspension comprising dispersion of graphene oxide and MXene, and again filtering. The prepared product is subjected to heat treatment. Dopamine is loaded in the base film by soaking the base film in an alkaline solution of dopamine hydrochloride. The mass ratio of graphene oxide and MXene material in the suspension, is 1: (0.25 to 4). The heat treatment is performed under oxygen atmosphere, at temperature above 70degrees Celsius. USE - The graphene oxide-MXene blended crosslinked membrane is used in filter membranes (claimed). ADVANTAGE - During the preparation of graphene oxide-MXene blended crosslinked membrane , the mixing of graphene oxide and MXene, enables the irregular MXene particle materials to act as inserting agent and dispersing agent which enter between graphene sheet layers, to prevent the agglomeration effect between the graphene sheet layers, and reduce the oxygen-containing functional groups on the surfaces of the graphene sheet layers. The method enables to increase the specific surface area of the graphene sheet layers, for different interlayer distances of the graphene oxide and the MXene. The layered structure arrangement of the composite film is more regular due to the mixing of the MXene and the graphene oxide, which enables to achieve the balance between high solvent flux and high dye retention rate.
