▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Producing film-type carbon material, comprises mixing an epoxy resin and graphene to form a carbon precursor; preparing a carbon material precursor having a continuous skeleton by adding a pore-forming agent to the carbon precursor; preparing a film-type carbon material precursor by coating the carbon material precursor having the continuous skeleton on a polyvinyl alcohol-coated substrate and then covering the substrate coated with another polyvinyl alcohol; and heat-treating the film-type carbon material precursor to carbonize the film-type carbon material precursor. USE - The method is useful for producing film-type carbon material. ADVANTAGE - The film-type carbon material does not collapse in the carbonization process of 700° C or more; and has desired thickness, and increased electric conductivity and porosity in presence of graphene and continuous skeleton. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for film-type carbon material comprising a film having a continuous skeleton comprising an epoxy resin and graphene, where the film having a continuous skeleton has a thickness of 10-1000 μ m.
