NOVELTY - Preparing sound and heat insulating environmentally friendly brick comprises (i) preparing raw materials comprising 50-60 pts. wt. lime powder, 25-30 pts. wt. fly ash, 30-35 pts. wt. plant straw powder mixture, 20-30 pts. wt. slag, 8-12 pts. wt. functionalized graphene, 10-14 pts. wt. modified rubber particles, 10-15 pts. wt. barite powder, 5-8 pts. wt. sound insulating cotton layer, and 6-10 pts. wt. non-woven fabric layer, (ii) crushing lime powder, fly ash, plant straw powder mixture, slag, functionalized graphene, modified rubber particles, and barite powder in a crusher, and then grinding into a powder having particle diameter of 0.05-0.1 mm, (iii) mixing above powder with water to prepare slurry, then placing in a storehouse for water absorption, and digestion, (iv) dividing digested slurry into four portions according to capacity of honeycomb molding die for casting, and then pouring as: (a) for the first time, pouring a piece of slurry into honeycomb molding die, and pressing. USE - The method is useful for preparing sound and heat insulating environmentally friendly brick. ADVANTAGE - The method: increases the solubility and cohesiveness of slurry; causes energy dissipation; has excellent sound insulation effect, and excellent physical properties; arranges surface of sound-insulating cotton layer as continuous corrugated structure; multi-reflects the sound by staggered concave-convex interface; has excellent sound-absorbing effect, low thermal conductivity, and better thermal insulation performance; and maintains the strength of brick body. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing sound and heat insulating environmentally friendly brick comprises (i) preparing raw materials comprising 50-60 pts. wt. lime powder, 25-30 pts. wt. fly ash, 30-35 pts. wt. plant straw powder mixture, 20-30 pts. wt. slag, 8-12 pts. wt. functionalized graphene, 10-14 pts. wt. modified rubber particles, 10-15 pts. wt. barite powder, 5-8 pts. wt. sound insulating cotton layer, and 6-10 pts. wt. non-woven fabric layer, (ii) crushing lime powder, fly ash, plant straw powder mixture, slag, functionalized graphene, modified rubber particles, and barite powder in a crusher, and then grinding into a powder having particle diameter of 0.05-0.1 mm, (iii) mixing above powder with water to prepare slurry, then placing in a storehouse for water absorption, and digestion, (iv) dividing digested slurry into four portions according to capacity of honeycomb molding die for casting, and then pouring as: (a) for the first time, pouring a piece of slurry into honeycomb molding die, pressing a surface of template A with continuous corrugated structure, cooling, and obtaining first-stage brick having corrugated structure on upper surface, (b) removing template A, paving layer of sound-insulating cotton on corrugated surface of first-stage brick, then pouring slurry into honeycomb molding die, pouring on sound insulating cotton layer, and cooling to obtain second-stage brick, (c) paving non-woven fabric layer on upper surface of second-stage brick, then pouring a slurry into honeycomb molding die, then pouring on non-woven fabric layer, pressing template B of continuous corrugated structure on surface of slurry, cooling, and molding to obtain third-stage brick having corrugated structure on upper surface, and (d) removing template B, paving layer of sound insulation cotton on corrugated surface of third-stage brick, then pouring last slurry into honeycomb molding die, pouring on sound insulating fabric layer, and cooling to form fourth-stage brick, (v) taking larger size casting mold, pouring layer of slurry onto surface of porous honeycomb brick, molding flat sealing layer, cooling, and molding to obtain pretreated brick body, and (vi) air-drying the pretreated brick body, and calcining to obtain the finished product.
