NOVELTY - Method comprises (i) heating the reaction kettle, drying, filling inert gas into the reaction kettle, discharging the air in the reaction kettle, adding organic solvent into the kettle, adding initiator and stirring; (ii) adding half of methacrylic acid, half of anhydride and half of straight alkenyl ether into the initiator solution of step (i), heating, stirring, adding graphene, adding other half parts of methacrylic acid, half of anhydride and half allyl polyether, refluxing, introducing nitrogen to the reaction liquid polymer, cooling, adding neutralizing agent, processing and allowing to stand; (iii) introducing nitrogen into the reaction kettle, adding a small amount of platinum catalyst into the polyether polymer obtained in (ii), slowly adding low hydrogen-containing silicone oil, vacuum extracting and distilling; (iv) performing phosphoric acid esterification, controlling the temperature and cooling; and (v) adjusting the pH value of the salt to obtain the final product. USE - The method for preparing phosphate dispersant is useful for matte powder. ADVANTAGE - The phosphate dispersant has strong dispersibility, better color, and can effectively prevent the occurrence of precipitation, extinction and spot phenomenon. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method comprises (i) heating and heating the reaction kettle, fully drying in the reaction kettle, continuously filling inert gas into the reaction kettle and discharging the air in the reaction kettle, discharging the air and various impurities in the reaction kettle, making the reaction kettle in the oxygen-free environment, adding organic solvent into the reaction kettle, adding initiator and stirring to obtain initiator solution; (ii) adding half of methacrylic acid, half of anhydride and half of straight alkenyl ether into the initiator solution of (i), heating to 60-70degrees Celsius, stirring at a rotating speed of 100 revolutions/minute, adding graphene, continuously stirring for 10-15 minutes, adding other half parts of methacrylic acid, half of anhydride and half allyl polyether, continuously stirring and reacting for 5 hours, refluxing at 100-110degrees Celsius for 1-2 hours, raising the temperature to 110-125degrees Celsius, continuously refluxing, continuously introducing nitrogen to the reaction liquid polymer, cooling to room temperature, adding neutralizing agent into the reaction liquid polymer, processing for 3-5 minutes by ultrasonic and allowing to stand for 2 hours to obtain the polyether polymer; (iii) continuously introducing nitrogen into the reaction kettle, adding a small amount of platinum catalyst into the polyether polymer obtained in (ii), slowly adding low hydrogen-containing silicone oil, reacting at 60-70degrees Celsius for 12-14 hours, vacuum extracting and distilling at low temperature to remove organic solvent to obtain light yellow sticky dimethyl silicone polymer modified organic polymer; (iv) performing phosphoric acid esterification to the organic polymer modified by the polydimethylsiloxane obtained in the step (iv), controlling the temperature to be carried out at 65degrees Celsius, cooling to room temperature to obtain the phosphoric acid esterification product; and (v) adjusting the pH value of the salt in step (iv) to 6.5-7.5 to obtain the final product phosphate dispersant.
