NOVELTY - Drying method for preparing aqueous sodium-ion batteries comprises (a) pre-mixing the active material and the conductive agent through the mixing equipment to obtain mixed powder, where the active material is water-based sodium ion battery anode material or cathode material, (b) adding the uniformly mixed powder and polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE) binder into the fiberization equipment, shearing and stirring to obtain a highly fibrous electrode material, (c) transferring the highly fibrous powder to continuous rolling equipment for pre-forming treatment to obtain a self-supporting semifinished dry electrode film, (d) carrying out rolling treatment on the semifinished dry-process electrode film, bonding the finished dry electrode film to the current collector to form a finished dry electrode and bonding to tabs and spot-welding to form a finished dry-process electrode pole piece, and heat sealing. USE - Method for preparing aqueous sodium ion battery is used in electric automobile, transport vehicle, aerospace, energy storage device, power storage system and industrial automation system. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare aqueous sodium ion pouch cell that has improved volume density and load amount of the electrode sheet, compared with the traditional wet electrode, multiplying power performance and cycle stability, and displaying wide application prospect in the energy storage field.
