NOVELTY - An electroconductive powder comprises metal particles, and graphene oxide disposed on a portion of the surface of the metal particles, where content of graphene oxide is less than 1.0 wt.% of the metal particles. USE - Electroconductive powder for use in capacitor components (claimed) for imaging devices, such as liquid crystal displays and plasma display panels, computers, smartphones, and chip type capacitor that is installed on printed circuit boards of various electronic products such as mobile phones to charge or discharge electricity. ADVANTAGE - The capacitor component has excellent reliability and high strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a capacitor components.
