NOVELTY - Method for processing high-density acoustic mesh cloth involves (s1) mixing graphene oxide and deionized water, adding caprolactam, ultrasonically reacting, distilling under reduced pressure, vacuumizing, introducing nitrogen to obtain modified graphene oxide, (s2) mixing carboxylated graphene oxide, deionized water and polyacrylamide, ultrasonically reacting, adding deionized water, propylene oxide, tert-amyl alcohol, slowly dripping methyl iodide, obtaining quaternary ammonium salt graphene oxide, (s3) melting and mixing glass beads with white oil, polypropylene and styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer to obtain a thermoplastic elastomer, (s4) placing polyester fibers, polyethylene fibers, an ultraviolet absorbent and an antioxidant in a double-screw extruder, mixing, placing in a spinning machine, and spraying out from a spinneret plate to obtain a waterproof layer silk thread, and (s5) weaving the waterproof layer silk threads and the antibacterial layer silk threads. USE - Method for processing high-density acoustic mesh cloth (claimed). ADVANTAGE - After nylon 6 is grafted on the surface of graphene oxide, the addition amount of the graphene oxide is controlled, so that carboxyl and quaternary ammonium salt are grafted on the surface. Glass beads are added into the thermoplastic elastomer, so that the sound insulation performance of the mesh cloth is improved. The prepared acoustic mesh cloth has good mechanical strength, thermal stability, antibacterial property, water resistance and sound insulation. The ultraviolet absorbent and the antioxidant are added into the acoustic mesh cloth, so that the ultraviolet resistance, the weather resistance and the oxidation resistance are improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Method for processing high-density acoustic mesh cloth involves (s1) mixing graphene oxide and deionized water, adding caprolactam, heating at 70-90 ℃, stirring for 0.5-1hour, ultrasonically reacting for 0.5-1 hour, distilling under reduced pressure, vacuumizing, introducing nitrogen, repeating for 3-5 times, stirring for 5-15 minutes at 70-90 ℃, heating at 250 ℃, keeping for 1-2 hours, cooling to 200-250 ℃, vacuumizing, introducing nitrogen for 3-5 times, reacting for 1-2 hour, cooling, and drying to obtain modified graphene oxide, (s2) mixing carboxylated graphene oxide, deionized water and polyacrylamide, ultrasonically reacting for 1-2 hours, heating at 20-30 ℃, carrying out water bath reaction for 10-12 hours, suction filtering, washing and drying, adding deionized water, mixing, cooling to 0-5 ℃, adding propylene oxide, reacting for 5-7 hours, suction filtering, washing and drying, adding tert-amyl alcohol, heating at 50-70 ℃, slowly dripping methyl iodide, reacting for 10-12 hours, washing, suction filtering and drying, obtaining quaternary ammonium salt graphene oxide, (s3) melting and mixing the glass beads with white oil, polypropylene and styrene-butadiene-styrene block copolymer for 5-10 minutes to obtain a thermoplastic elastomer, (s4) placing polyester fibers, polyethylene fibers, an ultraviolet absorbent and an antioxidant in a double-screw extruder, mixing, placing in a spinning machine, and spraying out from a spinneret plate to obtain a waterproof layer silk thread, and (s5) weaving the waterproof layer silk threads and the antibacterial layer silk threads.
