▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Method for preparing graphene oxide, involves (a) reacting mixture (I) containing graphite raw material, concentrated sulfuric acid, potassium permanganate, and dry ice to obtain mixed solution (I), (b) reacting mixture (II) containing mixed solution (I) and intercalating agent to obtain mixed solution (II), and (c) reacting mixed solution (II) to obtain the finished product. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene oxide in electronics, information, energy, semiconductor, materials and oil field low permeability applications (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method introduces dry ice and ferric chloride to optimize low-temperature intercalation effect, reduces the use of concentrated sulfuric acid (60% reduction), reduces cost of laboratory and industrial production of graphene oxide, increases oxygen content of graphene oxide, reduces the particle size of graphene oxide, and obtains high-quality graphene oxide materials.
