NOVELTY - Graphene oxide-berberine complex comprises graphene oxide as carrier. Berberine is linked electrostatically to graphene oxide to obtain nano graphene oxide-berberine complex. USE - Graphene oxide-berberine complex used in preparation of antitumor medicine. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide-berberine complex improves oral absorption of berberine hydrochloride. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene oxide-berberine complex, which involves: (A) mixing 5 % of dimethyl sulfoxide (0.1 mg/ml), graphene oxide (3ml) and aqueous solution of berberine (0.8mg/ml) and then shaking at 25 degrees C for 24 hours to obtain mixture; and (B) centrifuging the obtained mixture and then washing with deionized water to obtain the product.
