▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Master batch comprises 1-5 pts. wt. silver-coated graphene quantum dots, 90-100 pts. wt. polymer matrix, and 2-4 pts. wt. dispersant, where the dispersant includes dopamine and/or polyvinylpyrrolidone. USE - The masterbatch/fiber/film are useful in preparing antibacterial products (all claimed), and in electronic industry, automobile industry, instrument and meter industry, mechanical industry and building material industry. ADVANTAGE - The masterbatch: has improved antibacterial, antiviral, mechanical, and synergistic property, which improves dispersion of silver-plated graphene quantum dots in polymer matrix and compatibility with polymer matrix. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparing master batch, comprising mixing silver-plated graphene quantum dots, polymer matrix, dopamine, polyvinylpyrrolidone and optional auxiliary agents, extruding and granulating to obtain graphene composite antibacterial master batch. (2) fiber, prepared by spinning masterbatch. (3) film, prepared by blowing master batch. (4) preparing fiber, comprising (i) mixing and extruding graphene quantum dots, polymer matrix and dispersant to obtain graphene quantum dot master batch, and (ii) mixing and spinning graphene quantum dot master batch, polymer master batch and filler obtained in step (i) to obtain graphene quantum dot reinforcing fiber. (5) preparing film, comprising (a) mixing and granulating graphene quantum dots, coupling agent, dispersant and polymer matrix to obtain graphene composite master batch, and (b) mixing graphene composite master batch, polymer master batch and auxiliary agent obtained in step (i), and film blowing to obtain graphene quantum dot composite film.
